This document provides the Terms & Conditions under which clients can use the apageor2.com site or contract apageor2.com’s services.
Acceptance of the Terms of Service. Use of the apageor2.com site constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the apageor2.com Terms of Service contained in this document.
Ownership & Copyright of Business Names & Web Site Content. The apageor2.com site (www.apageor2.com) and business name is owned and operated by Sue Elvins. These names and materials cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed, or modified without the permission of apageor2.com
Termination of Service and Contractual Obligations. apageor2.com reserves the right to terminate all service or contractual obligations with a client should said client violate any of the Terms & Conditions. Furthermore, apageor2.com can discontinue or terminate operation of this site, services, or its trading name at any time and for any reason.
Refusal or Denial of Service. apageor2.com reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any client or prospective client for any reason.
Content of Submitted or Created Materials. apageor2.com does not endorse, recommend, or support the content of any documents provided by or for the client. Clients are advised that plagiarism and breach of copyright are serious offenses. apageor2.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the infringement of third party copyright in the content of said documents.
Furthermore, while apageor2.com recognizes the right to free speech, we reserve the right to refuse to proofread/edit or create any document that advocates or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination in contravention of national and international laws. apageor2.com is also not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.
Ownership & Copyright over Submitted or Created Materials. The client retains sole copyright, ownership, and control over all materials submitted to apageor2.com for proofreading/editing or any materials created or developed by apageor2.com for said client.
apageor2.com only retains original graphic work (aka negatives) created by apageor2.com for legality purposes.
Services and Rates. Service descriptions and current rates are posted on apageor2.com’s Web site. Project rates are discussed during consultation and can vary different. Rates may change without notice. apageor2.com may apply a rush charge when a client's deadline requires that work be done immediately.
Service Quality & Standards. All documents are proofread/edited or created to a high and exacting standard; however, apageor2.com provides no guarantee that a client’s work will be 100 percent error free. Furthermore, apageor2.com is not responsible for delays in service as a result of technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances.
SEO. Services of search engine optimization are completed to the best of our capability. apageor2.com will provide to the best of their ability and experience both major and minor search engine placements.
Correctness & Accuracy of Client Information. The client must provide true and accurate information with respect to his/her name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information will result in the denial of service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, or issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from such false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential.
Financial Fraud or Theft. apageor2.com is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment method used to purchase apageor2.com’s services.
Modification of Terms & Conditions and the apageor2.com Site. The Terms & Conditions and the apageor2.com site can be modified, amended, altered, changed, reorganized, rewritten, or revoked at any time and for any reason.
